Thomas Frost Executive was established in late 2008 by Matt Frost and Huw Thomas. With a combined total of 20 years international recruitment experience spanning both Australia and the UK, Matt and Huw have successfully focussed on the top-end corporate sector across the banking and finance world.

 

Huw has worked within the Australian banking and finance recruitment market since 2002.   His recruitment career includes his appointment as an Associate Director for a boutique Asia Pacific banking recruitment firm, Senior Banking Consultant with a large Australian recruitment firm and Recruitment Specialist within the financial services team at a global firm in both London and Australia.

Matt started his recruitment career in London in 1998. After 2 successful years, he relocated to Australia and for 4 years worked with global recruitment firms in the finance industry. In 2004 Matt established the Melbourne operation of a boutique Asia Pacific banking recruitment firm of which he later became a Director.
