With over 20 years international recruitment experience spanning Australia, Asia and the UK, Matt and Huw have successfully focused primarily on the banking and finance services industry.
Huw began recruiting in the investment banking market in London in 2000 and has worked within the Australian banking and finance market since 2002, within both global and boutique firms.
Matt started his recruitment career in London in 1998. After 2 successful years, he relocated to Australia and for 4 years worked with global recruitment firms in the finance industry. In 2004 Matt established the Melbourne operation of a boutique Asia Pacific banking recruitment firm of which he later became a Director.
